The whole bed can be easily machine washed (Gentle Cycle) and dried (Tumble Dry on Low). The shell is finished with water and dirt-resistant bottoms, that help prevent accidental messes from reaching your floors. NOTE: To ensure longevity, it is important that the bed is thoroughly dried directly after washing.
We use the highest quality materials for all of our products. White polypropylene for the inner cushion filling, oxford fabric for the waterproof base and either a taffeta fabric or bamboo fabric for the outer cover. These materials are safe for your dog to use however we do not recommend and advise against any of the materials being ingested by your dog at any stage.

Our beds provide a safe space for your pup to relax in, with the raised rim, ultra soft padding and covers it allows them to mimic being hugged by their mother.
If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible
Sure, as long as our fulfilment team haven’t already shipped your order. If they have please allow for the bed to be delivered and leave it unopened so they can provide you with a return shipping label.
